Italian Breads

Join me for this hands on workshop where we will focus on making a few simple Italian breads that you can have on the table in time for dinner. Schiacciata, the squashed cousin of focaccia, and a piadina recipe will be featured during this session. We will work through bread making basics and each guest will leave with breads to bake at home, recipes and tips.
