Join us for a hands on workshop that focuses on crafting fresh pasta at home. You’ll learn the time-honored techniques of mixing, kneading, rolling, and shaping pasta from scratch; no fancy equipment needed. We will work through two simple pasta recipes from start to finish and share a meal of our fresh pasta.
