Canning Soups & Stocks

Come learn how to make a great seasonal squash soup, flavorful stock and learn how to pressure can.  Chef Andrew, of Farm Wisconsin Discovery Center, will lead us through how to build a great soup and stock while I share information about of safe canning practices, the differences between pressure canning and water bath canning, and so much more! Class participants will each leave with a jar of stock, recipes and informational handouts.   Time for class is still to be determined.
