Sourdough Bread Workshop

Join me in a hands-on workshop that focuses on sourdough bread baking. We will work through mixing, bulk fermentation, shaping, baking and some troubleshooting. Each guest leaves with a dough in progress and some new skills. Call the venue to book a spot.
